Weston's "Old Rosie" so called after the 1921 Aveling & Porter Steam Roller. is a very strong traditional scrumpy made from locally grown cider apples and fermented/matured in old oak vats. Allowed to settle out naturally after fermentation which gives it the traditional cloudy appearanceand character of true old fashioned scrumpy.
